Internal rules of the association Lez Cigales
1 °) The
association contains two colleges, the one formed by the Girls of the Sorority,
the other one by the male slaves. The Girls' college is called "sorority",
the submissive males'one 'Sorority's livestocks". The male slaves have no
right to vote. The board of directors and the association's committee are
necessarily
elected
among
the Girls of the Sorority.
We mean by Girl every person of XX karyotype , as
well as the persons of XY karyotype who would have begun an official step of
sexual resummons, and at least under hormonotherapy .
2°) The decisions concerning the domain and the activities which take place there are taken by the committee by the majority. The new memberships are unanimously subjected to the members of the committee. The vote of the Chairwoman is dominating.
3°) Any demand of membership must be approved by the members of the committee. The Girls must discharge a symbolic contribution of 10 €.
The application of the submissive males must be sponsored by at least one Girl already member. They must then discharge a contribution of 100 € and acquire a dog's leather or steel collar with a medallion. They must make engrave on the medallion "submissive male, property of Sorority" or "submissive male of" followed by the name of their Mistress if they have one. They are committed carrying this collar as often as possible, preferably in a permanent way.
4 °) The annual shareholders' meeting takes place every year; only the Girls are entitled to speak and vote.The submissive males attend the ordinary general assembly, upright, gathered at the bottom of the room, by showing their collar. One of their representatives reads a declaration summarizing the principles of gynarchy, inspired by Aline d' Arbrant's book, and take the oath, in the name of the submissive males, to observe the gynarchic principles, and to do everything to promote them. They have no right to speak anymore, and have neither any right to vote. They listen to the decisions which are taken, and which they will be charged to implement. A sororal meal is then organized, offered and served by the submissive males.
An extraordinary general assembly can be summoned by the committee, or by the two thirds of the members, on a precise agenda. In that case, this extraordinary general assembly will be summoned by registered letter in the month fortnight before foreseen date. Submissive males don't have the right to attend the assembly. They are kept informed of decisions concerning them, by mail or by their Mistress.
